2008年北京大学团委“河合创业基
4月11日上午，2008年北京大学团委“河合创业基金”签约仪式在校团委221会议室举行。日本通用工程股份有限公司中国筹划室室长长谷川胜男，校党委副书记张彦，北大科技园孵化器副总经理杨栋，校团委书记韩流，团委副书记郑清文等嘉宾出席了签约仪式。2006、2007年度“河合创业基金”受资助学生以及北大第十届学生创业计划大赛参赛学生代表参加了此次仪式。签约仪式由校团委学术科创部代部长于明明主持。
签约仪式上，长谷川胜男先生充分表达了对北大学生创业活动的肯定，希望同学们能够提出更多、更好的创业计划，并脚踏实地、坚持不懈地将计划转化为现实。校党委副书记张彦代表学校表达了对日本通用工程股份有限公司的感谢。他表示，借2008年“中日青少年友好交流年”之机，两国青年学生就科技教育和创新创业的交流会更加密切，并由此涌现更多的人才，收获更多的成果。随后，张彦副书记代表北京大学与日本通用工程股份有限公司签署了协议书，并向日本通用公司颁发了感谢状和赠送了北大奥运纪念邮册。
签约仪式结束后，长谷川胜男先生与到场同学就受“河合创业基金”资助项目的发展状况、青年学生创业的机遇与挑战以及当前国际经济形势、热点问题等内容进行了广泛而深入的交流。
北京大学团委“河合创业基金”由日本通用工程股份有限公司于2005年6月设立，用于支持和推动北京大学的学生创业活动。日本通用公司每年提供价值10万元人民币的日元，用于资助5支学生创业团队的实质性创业活动。目前，北京大学2008年“葛兰素史克”创新创业系列赛事已全面铺开，各类创业教育活动也在陆续进行，北大团委将充分发挥“河合创业基金”的作用，深入推进大学生创新创业教育和创业实践活动，不断提升学生创新创业能力，为培养高素质创新型人才作出更大贡献。
